How it started
I have been helping people with fitness since 2020. When COVID hit and gyms shut down, I started inviting women to train at my house. I had already been doing CrossFit for a couple of years and had a setup at home for the days my schedule did not allow me to make class. During that time, I discovered how much I loved helping women train, move, and feel better about themselves. When gyms reopened, I decided to pursue training seriously and I have not looked back.
What started as helping a few women during a difficult time turned into something much bigger. I found real purpose in coaching and in helping women realize they are capable of more than they think.
Why I coach women
Over the years, I found my why in helping women. Not just one niche of women, but all women. Growing up, I saw the women in my life trying to balance kids, work, home life, and everything in between. I also saw how hard the language barrier could make things when they wanted to do something for themselves.
That stayed with me. I wanted to create a place where women could feel welcome, supported, and understood from day one.

Built for busy women
As a mom of three, with a toddler and two boys involved in tons of activities, I understand how busy life can be. I work early mornings and late evenings, and I know how easy it is for women to put themselves last. But I also know being busy does not mean your health has to stay on hold.
Over time, I have refined my classes and personal training sessions to help busy women get results without taking over their entire day. I also welcome women to bring their kids, because I believe we are setting an example for our children when they see us take care of ourselves and work hard.
I coach in both Spanish and English, which helps more women feel comfortable, understood, and confident getting started.

Structured programming for women who already go to the gym but want direction and a clear plan.
